Development: continuous innovation and technical perfection
Holistic approach to creating radiators that exceed expectations
At AKLIMAT, we are aware of the importance of a comprehensive approach to the development of radiators. That is why we are establishing a multidisciplinary team consisting of designers, technologists, and commercialists working together to create a radiator that will meet the needs of the market and cope with competitive challenges.
Our development department carries out the key technical activities that are essential to the design of a superior radiator. With the help of accurate technical drawings, 3D models and calculations, we ensure that the radiators are in accordance with market requirements and technical capabilities. This is followed by the creation of a radiator prototype which then goes through extensive testing in accordance with international ISO and DIN standards.
Our testing covers a wide range of tests that check the functionality, performance, and compliance of radiators with prescribed standards. The results of these tests are crucial when deciding on possible improvements or optimization of radiators. Based on technical analysis and test results, we make adjustments to radiators to improve their efficiency, durability, and other important aspects.
Involved at every step
We guarantee accuracy, comprehensive documentation, and sustainability
We ensure that our radiators are not only technically superior, but also environmentally friendly and sustainable.
After successfully completed tests, the documentation for the radiator is handed over to the technical department responsible for preparing the final technical specifications of the radiator which include precise data on shape, dimensions, materials, and other technical details. At the same time, instructions for installation, maintenance, and use of the radiator are also prepared which ensure correct use and optimal operation of the product.
Radiator life cycle analysis can also be performed at this stage of development. This analysis includes a comprehensive assessment of the radiators' impact on the environment, such as environmental footprint assessment, energy efficiency, and the study of sustainable aspects of production and use.
