On the basis of the development project, the technology department prepares a complete set of measurements for the efficient production of the radiator in the production process. With superior technology and expertise, we prepare a complete set of measurements that enable the efficient production of radiators. For this purpose, we design production processes, develop accessories, adapt cutting tools, and select suitable machines. We also carefully determine the workforce, which is key to optimal utilization of production capacities.
Preparation of accompanying documentation is a fundamental step to ensure accuracy and high quality of radiator production. Our technical department carefully prepares all necessary documents, including detailed drawings, control plans, components, production times, and product classification. All this documentation is created with the aim of ensuring high product quality throughout the entire production process.
In addition, a thorough review of the logistics of the process is carried out, which includes the proper coordination and planning of the flow of materials, parts, and information between the various stages of production. This review includes supply chain analysis, optimization of storage capacity, selection of appropriate logistics equipment, and effective inventory management to ensure smooth production flow. Careful logistics planning is critical to achieving optimal results in a manufacturing environment.

The goal is to achieve optimal results according to the requirements of the development project and to ensure the successful and coordinated production of the radiator in the production environment.

The production process of radiators begins with semi-finished products which are managed in production with the innovative ccLEAP computer program from Inkolteh, a part of our MAROVT GROUP.
The key semi-finished products in our production are the radiator head and the middle part of the profile. The radiator head is machined on a CNC machine and has various finishes due to the many possible connections.
The radiator profile is sawn on an automatic CNC saw. The CNC saw, through a computer-controlled system and sawing plan, moves the profile and saws to the desired dimensions (due to our specificity which includes 50 standard radiator heights).

High quality and durability of radiator assembly

After receiving the order and issuing a work order, we start assembling the radiator. The first stage involves the assembly of the heating body segments. The segments are assembled by applying a special adhesive to the profile tube and then using a hydraulic press to join the middle section of the profile and the head. This process results in a connection that can withstand a minimum pressure of 16 bar.
The assembled segments are then connected with a sleeve to form a radiator of any length. One advantage of our process is the use of O-gaskets, which guarantee a long service life, flexibility, and the possibility of disassembling and reassembling the segments. Each radiator is then pressure tested by immersing it in water and visually checking for leaks.

Environmentally friendly production

Great emphasis is placed on degreasing the radiator, which is carried out in the washing tunnel. The radiator travels through three zones. Phosphating and degreasing are carried out in the first zone and rinsing in the second and third zones. Finally, the radiator is washed with demineralized water. Because we care about the environment and comply with the ISO 14001 standard, we also have a modern treatment plant that cleans and filters the waste water from the washing tunnel so that it is suitable for discharge into the public drain.
After washing, the radiator is dried with forced ventilation and is ready for the coating process. The coating is applied with automatic guns that are positioned according to the size of the radiator. We use coating from the renowned Swiss manufacturer IGP. To ensure high-quality adhesion and longevity, the dry powder coating is cured at 185 °C. We visually inspect the coated radiator once more and prepare it for packing.
Nach dem Waschen wird der Heizkörper durch Zwangsbelüftung getrocknet und ist bereit für die Beschichtung. Die Beschichtung wird mit automatischen Pistolen aufgetragen, die automatisch entsprechend der Größe des Heizkörpers positioniert werden. Wir verwenden Beschichtungen des renommierten Schweizer Herstellers IGP. Um eine hochwertige Haftung und Langlebigkeit zu gewährleisten, wird der trockene Pulverlack bei 185°C ausgehärtet. Wir prüfen den beschichteten Heizkörper noch einmal visuell und bereiten ihn für die Verpackung vor.
